Never content with a lot of "spare" time, Ms. McCoy has filled her hours away from the office with activities. A commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings, Ms. McCoy owns a twin-engine Beechcraft Baron, which she flies on charitable trips to remote parts of Mexico, and also for fun and proficiency. She was recently featured on the front page of the
California Bar Journal.
Ms. McCoy is also a part-time corporate pilot and is current and qualified as Second-in-Command in the Citation 500 series, a light business jet, in which she has logged over 100 hours.
Her other hobbies include running, gardening, and reading.
