Our pledge to every client is to deliver the highest-quality legal services as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. We will leverage our over twenty-years' experience to provide proven, effective legal advice. We will always be cognizant of the expense of litigation and will look for avenues to provide results at the minimum cost to the client. While litigation is never "cheap", Julie believes that costs can be controlled by means of strategic planning and thoughtful, efficient execution of tasks that are required. We maintain an open and continuing dialogue with all clients, and all client communications are promptly returned, consistent with the press of daily business. Although it is not always possible to completely control the costs of litigation, due to its unpredictable nature, Julie believes that frequent communication between attorney and client is the key to ensuring that unpleasant "surprises" are kept to a minimum.
